Opt Out/Corrections

Upon your request we will correct or update your personal information and/or stop sending marketing communications to your email. You can make these requests on the customer contact form on the Site. To opt out of email communications please click on the Unsubscribe link located at the bottom of the message. Please allow up to ten days for any changes to take effect. Regardless of op out preferences LB Carlson may send you communications related to inquiries placed on the Site at the email you provide.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Offline collection use and disclosure of information

As you may expect the majority of the information that we collect is obtained through the Site and this Privacy Policy applies only to that online collection of personal information. We may also collect information offline where we also try to protect the privacy of you your personal information. For example, calling us to discuss services or to ask questions. When someone calls we will only ask for the personal information we need in order to process a working relationship or to answer the question. We treat offline collection, uses and disclosures of personal information consistent with our relative practices online.
