Seasonal Administrative Assistant

LOCATION: St. Cloud, MN

LB Carlson is seeking a dependable administrative professional for seasonal (February 1st thru April 15th) assistance in our St. Cloud office.

QUALIFICATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet clients and manage telephone and correspondence (email, letters, packages, etc.)
  • Familiar with office equipment (fax, scanner, printers)
  • Willing to learn new software
  • Must maintain confidentiality of client information
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
  • Works well in team and individual environments
  • Flexible hours anticipated to be 20-30 hours per week
