Responsibilities

• Logan has been with the firm for over 6 years and is an attest manager at LB Carlson. He has a broad range of expertise providing attest, tax, and consulting services to privately held companies in construction, graphic arts, manufacturing, and various other industries.

Business Experience

• Focuses in attest services and business consulting.
• Manages numerous audits, reviews, and compilations of companies with revenues from $1 million to $100 million.
• Manages SOC 1, SOC 2 examinations for companies in graphic arts, debt collection, information processing, and various other industries.
• Consults in M&A deals with LB Transitions, representing buy and sell-side transactions.
• Consults with clients on complex financial matters, including contract controller/CFO duties.
• Assists clients with forecasting and operation reviews.

Interests & Hobbies

When Logan is not working, he is making memories with his wife and two young kids. He spends his precious free time on his boat fishing for muskies, in the woods hunting in the fall, or camping with the family.
