Responsibilities

Matthew Ramsdell specializes in providing audit, tax and accounting services to clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, hospitality, construction, healthcare and professional service firms. Matt works extensively with both complex multi-entity business enterprises, and closely held businesses with strategic planning, management consulting, financial reporting systems, and tax and accounting services, as well as performing evaluation and due diligence services and reporting needs for potential target acquisitions.

In addition to providing client services, Matt is actively involved in the development and training of firm personnel.

Business Experience

• Extensive audit, accounting, and tax experience for a wide range of commercial and individual clients, with an emphasis on manufacturers, construction companies, hospitality, healthcare and professional service firms.
• Management consulting services including internal control and accounting systems review and design, cash flow projections and analysis and cash management.

Interests & Hobbies

When not in the office, Matt enjoys spending time with his family and staying active, participating in a variety of activities including hunting, fishing, hiking, and golfing.
